Meet The Team
Daniel Perrigo — CTO & Co-Founder
Daniel Perrigo is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kore Technology Solutions LLC — the technical architect behind everything Kore builds, deploys, and protects.
With over 15 years of enterprise-level IT experience, Daniel has spent his career solving complex technology challenges in some of the most demanding environments imaginable. From the discipline and precision of military service to the high-stakes world of enterprise infrastructure, Daniel has built, secured, and optimized systems that organizations depend on every single day. His depth of technical knowledge spans network engineering, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, and managed services — making him one of the most well-rounded technology leaders in the region.
As CTO, Daniel is responsible for all technical operations, infrastructure design, cybersecurity strategy, and service delivery at Kore. He sets the standard for how systems are built, how clients are supported, and how problems are solved — bringing the same no-fail mentality he carried in uniform to every client engagement. His years of military service forged a level of discipline, attention to detail, and operational excellence that simply cannot be taught in a classroom. He co-founded Kore with a clear mission — to give small and mid-sized businesses access to the kind of technical leadership that was previously only available to large enterprises.
Outside of work, Daniel is someone who leads by example in everything he does — professionally, personally, and in his commitment to the people around him. That same character is reflected in how he shows up for Kore's clients every single day — reliable, accountable, and always ready for the mission.
Pedro Rangel Ruiz — President & Co-Founder
Pedro Rangel Ruiz is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran with 10+ years of combined active and reserve service, and the Co-Founder and President of Kore Technology Solutions LLC.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Information Technology with a focus in Cybersecurity from Point Loma Nazarene University, Pedro built a career at the intersection of enterprise IT and national defense — currently supporting a Department of Defense environment as a Senior Hardware Analyst at CGI Federal, where his work spans endpoint security, patch management, and infrastructure support in a classified MCEN environment. Committed to continuous growth, Pedro is also pursuing his Master's degree in Cybersecurity Engineering — deepening the technical expertise he brings to every client he serves.
Holding a CompTIA Security+ certification and an active Secret Clearance, Pedro brings a rare combination of military discipline, veteran leadership, and real-world cybersecurity experience to every client engagement. His years of service instilled a standard of excellence and accountability that he carries into every decision he makes as President. He co-founded Kore with a simple belief — that small businesses deserve the same level of protection and reliability that he helped deliver for the United States government.
Outside of work, Pedro is a devoted husband and father whose faith is the compass that guides everything he does. Rooted in his family and his relationship with God, he leads Kore the same way he leads at home — with integrity, humility, and an unwavering commitment to the people who count on him.
